What would be involved in fixing this? Would they just rub it down and repaint or cut it out and weld it up? Looks like an awkward area to work on

Location: Chasing Ash, Addaz and Lee........... hopefully catching Addaz and havin fun :P

cut out the bad, fabricate a new panel weld it in, flat the welds then rub down and paint. Thats what I would do to sort it
