Simply no need, just make sure the ignition key is removed.

ok all i need then is to remove the cover and coilpack then take old sparks out and new ones in

Basically, yes.

Just be carefull putting the new plugs in, you dont want to cross thread them.

I normally use the spark plug socket with extension bar & spin them in by hand, then use the ratchet for the final tighten.

ill try and find a piece of rubber tubing to put them in with, and what about the torque apparently it should be 29Nm and do they come pre=gapped for the electrode
