I have seen a comm unit for sale with identical options on either stalks,and the connectors on the rear are also the same colour/fitment,can someone tell me if this will work with my car,as this unit is from a 2004 model,mines 2002,and the part number is different to mine....cheers

Your car is Pre-Plexed and the Comms will be Multiplexed so wont work - correct me if im wrong

Check the part number on your COMMS compared to the one being sold.

Post a picture of your comms unit, this will be the best and easiest way to tell what unit you have

c-man i know its a Dav unit,and also have the part number for it,but what i was trying to get at was, will another one fit that is identical on the stalks(lights,wipers etc)and also the rear regards the red/grey plugs and the 2 other attachements,but with a different part number??
This is the one to fit mine,but not paying that sort of money,im after a used one

As long as it has the same functions it will fit. Valeo and Delphi are interchangeable

Lee,why do they all have different part numbers,even tho the functions and fittings are the same? and the one i found is also a Dav unit...thats what confused me to why two different part numbers for the same unit.

They have different features such as auto lights, auto wipers the trip computer etc.
