Put my engine cover back on and the pins just vibrate loose every time, were they crap to start with or do they just get bad with age?
Where do you get new pin's from?

dealer, I got some, were about 40p each, had to argue with the p***k in the dealership though and explain what they are

oh and by the way, they dont work, you need to hold the cover down with something else, thats why mine came off and lives in the boot.

Ta, have you any concerns about water or muck getting at that plastic technical looking do da under the cover?
What is it by the way? any idea?

technically water won't go into the engine bay from the top.

Leaving it off exposes the top of the coil pack, but its unlikely water will get in anyway.
