Is there enough room on the bolt shank to grip with mole grips and then turn the nut with an open ended spanner.
Spray some WD into the cap and dab it over the thread with a small paint brush, avoids it spraying in places you don't want it.

i presume that means one right hand nut at the bottom (that rusty nut) and then one left hand nut on the top?

no there isn't any room there, i can't even fit a spanner onto that rusty nut.

just enough room for a 10mm socket....

that won't work....

just discover the bolt was a square bolt and it shouldn't free spining at all as it should sit in a sqaure slot underneath it.

but because my fuse box has been short before so that slot melted. it won't hold the bolt anymore.

now i just squeezed some liquid steel in between the bolt and the slot hopefully once it settle it should be good enough.

Plus Gas came very highly rates in the Car Mechanics penetrating oil test a few months ago.

That nasty bullet connector shouldn't be in an engine bay either.

just checked on service box it looks like you can separate the fuse box from the housing

as they got separate parts number.

however i can't see any bolts or screw to undo??? i just don't want to keep pulling it out and then it suddenly break into piece lol

Isn't the bolt under the wheel arch liner?
