Just got my 180 and the 5cd changer doesnt work guessing the previous owner has had a different stereo and not plugged it back in to the standard one? or what else could it be?

Also noticed the indicator stick has something that says auto but when pressed it does nothing as far as i'm aware.

Last thing there's a button near the handbrake that looks a bit like a wireless symbol. What is it for?

Firstly yeah check the lead is connected in the rear

secondly the auto button is for your automatic headlights if you turn your ignition to the first click then hold it down it will turn the auto headlights on. Do the same to turn auto lights off

Lastly the 'wiresless symbol' button is to turn off your alarm sensors in your car

Ah right makes sense Smile was under the impression the car had folding mirrors as well but doesn't look like it. Not had any rain yet to see if that works or not but never had it before so if not I won't miss it lol

Thanks for the quick reply Smile

1) Autochanger: Check the wiring behind the stereo. If it is not connected, plug it in.
2) Auto Button: That turns on and off your Automatic Headlights. (Check on the wiper side, there is an 'auto' setting there for your Automatic wipers too)
3) Wireless button: That turns off you interior sensors on your alarm system.

Other than the multichanger, this has been covered many times and a quick search would have answered you questions before you needed to post.
Also, should be in your handbook.

Twist the electric mirror knob 180 degrees. That should fold your mirrors if they are still working

Didn't get a handbook with it, that would have been first place I would have looked. Thanks for the response though will use the search next time Smile

As above turn the knob by the window switches so the arrow is facing towards the back of the car and they will fold in, then turn back so arrow is facing front to unfold them

Glad your happy dude. The 'walk me home' function is good too. When you pull up at night and take key out ignition- before you get out pull the stick for your lights as if to flash someone. That puts your headlights on for 30 sec. Good if your drive isnt lit.
