Managed to find one for £62. Should be here by end of week. Marked as Bilstein part.

I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Getting the latest from Peugeot may mean it lasts longer but it's probably twice as expensive!

Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Picked up a febi Bilstein pulley for £62.33 inc delivery and VAT from wanapart (peugeot206parts.co.uk takes you there too).

Ordered Tuesday morning, delivered Wednesday afternoon.

Should be on the car at the weekend Smile

Fitted pulley today. About an hour ... luckily I'd taken it off before about 4 years ago to do the cambelt.

The old pulley could be moved about by my fingers. The three small metal tags in the pulley slots were worn on both sides to a third of their width !!! Shocked That would be why it was so noisy! Confused

Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.
