When you upload a picture to Tinypic, you can choose the size, choose Avatar, and it should be the correct size. Was for me anyway.

You are using the "direct link" and not the "img code" in photobucket?

You may have to save your image as a jpg file rather than a gif or bmp.

Just tried all sorts of combinations for you, image is 100x75 12Mb, jpg, png, tif and bmp and no matter which link you paste in, it still says wrong file type.

I don't know if it's a fault with this site, but the message of not being able to connect to the URL comes up. Might just be a bug from some of the changes made.

Just tried it with one of my old avatars and it won't link to that either. PM an admin and ask them to check to see if it's a knock on effect of the site changes.
