Trying to track-down a well-anoying problem;

What would happen if the clutch-disk was fitted back-to front? (is it possible without obvious cockup?)
MA5 box, genuine kit used about a year ago.

And what exactly do the four springs on the actual disk do?

Thanks. Wink

the spring is used to damp the force when engaging the clutch
