I want to replace the panel filter with an induction kit on my 2.0 HDi and would like hear which, Pipercross PK203 or K&N 57i you’d prefer.
Both are within my budget, but the Viper isn’t...
I want, MORE NOISE!!
I suppose it would be cool to hear some feedback on the two if you had them.

It will sound crap, been there done that.
Stick with the pannel filter.

If you just want noise, go for a piece of crap cone from halfords.

Or drill holes in the bottom of your air box haha o.j.....don't do that.
Vipers are enclosed so you won't hear much 2bf just get a cone off eBay ect piperX/cottongreen/k&n/bmc/ripspeed
