Just bought some Bosch super 4s for the pug, went to take the old plugs out, and there all as tight as a nun apart from one? The engine was still slightly warm when I attempted it so thought this might have been the problem, expansion and all...
Any suggestions? I'm gunna try again first thing in the morning.
Also... Is there a oem tool for the 206? Cause they ain't half awkward to get to on the little 1.1 mower
Cheers

Not really awkward to get too, just can't get the right leverage with the spark plug remover I've got....

You must be using a tiny ratchet?

Here's the tool I'm using
Wouldn't say I'm the weakest guy either, they are solid, won't budge at all

Spark plug remover + a normal ratchet will get them off easy, you just can't get leverage with that tool never used one myself doesn't look that practical

If you can get a pipe on the end or even mole grips to get a bit more leverage it would probably work

8 valve TU spark plugs must be about the easiest ones to do there is, 10 minute job tops.

Alright I know changing the spark plugs are easy, I'm just struggling to remove them cause some knob'ed has over tightened them.
I'll give your suggestions a go, cheers guys

Why do I get the feeling the threads in the cylinder head are going to be damaged
I havent used a torque wrench on spark plugs in years BUT the job I do everyday you can just feel when something is correctly tightened OR a thread is damaged.
