Hi, I have been told I need a new (or recon./secondhand) rear axle on my 1.1 206 Fever. It's a 04 model. The problem is, how do I know if it has abs or not. Thanks for your help Dan

I've just been told the same thing , a bit s***ty really . Not sure about ABS though sorry .

To see if the car its fitted to has abs see the below. Open the bonnet and look behind the passenger head light. Look for the above, its has abs if you can see this, if not it doesnt. To see if the axle has abs look for the sensors, you can see them hanging down from the axle with blue connectors.

if you mean how do you know if the axle has abs then it has sensors on it

Thanks for the replies, the axle is still on the car so I can't tell by looking at the moment

Yep just done that - lol and it doesn't have abs
