Hi All. Took car for mot last week, Failed o/s break pipe only, so let garage put new one front to back and collected MOT. Car been fine until 2 days ago, when my brake pedal became juddery, eratic, ABS light come on, and brakes went back to normal. So basically whats happening is when i drive off from a parking position the abs light will be on, but when i get to 5-10 mph abs light goes out and the pedal goes juddery, then the abs light comes on and the brakes would be fine again. Checked the fluid level, and was way above the max mark, so syphoned some out to the right level ie max mark. Would appreciate any ideas whats going on.
Also when brakes working ok, i don't know if brakes working from servo only. CHEERS

Cracked ring would be the favourite guess. Could just be dirt on the ring or sensor or with all this water just a bit of moisture in the wiring.
