Is there a Haynes Manual for the 1.6 hdi?

Not in the 206 range. Depending what you want to know, the information is available from other sources.

Be warned the Haynes manual for the multiplexed 206 isnt worth a w**k anyway, I dont think they even worked on a multiplexed 206 as there is so much wrong / missing information in it
