If the fuel tank gets air inside is there any problem? if there is no air how much vacumm should be? I have peugeot 206 1.9 diesel year 1999.thank you

Is this for real?
There should be no vacuum in the tank. The fuel cap itself should act as a breather. Without air in the tank the fuel will not flow.
If you are thinking about air in the fuel lines, you will only get this if you have a fuel leak or you let the fuel get critically low. The fuel pick up should always be lower than the level of the fuel.
