If you want to do it to factory headlights I guess you would need to first remove the headlights and split them. There are loads of guides on here how to do that with regards to masking headlights. Usually with a heatgun or hairdryer and knife and patience or oven bake. Drill small holes where the wiring will pass through. Then glue the rings where you want them feeding the wiring to them. Need some glue that would withstand high temps. Then refit the headlights. Then wire the led rings to the sidelights? or wire them to a switch.

TBH angel eyes are cheap as now a days probs about £50 for a seconf hand pair for your pug so save the bodge and tack look and get a set of proper angel eyes.

This is my car currently, one ring has stopped working, and i am willing to replace it.

That's the whole idea behind it actually.

Thanks again

You sure its not just a case of pulling the led out from the ring and changing that?

I did on my set, they popped out the bottom of the halos from behind.

As above if they are genuine angel eyes there is no need to replace the ring, you should be able to follow the cables into the bottom of the light for the ring that is broke , normally they are just pushed in so give it a wiggle to get it out and just change the necessary bulb Smile
