Hi all.

was driving earlier and all off a sudden my exhaust changed tone (I have a powerflow cat back at the mo so its loud anyway) but you notice when the noise changes which leads to my main problem.... i'm in about 3rd gear (using sports mode) and it gets to 3k revs and slips down too 2k revs? no gear change though! any ideas? and are the two linked?

also my car slips at 4k revs in 4th gear.... any ideas on that either?!

Is this a ecu problem?

Cheers
James

You have anyone who can read the auto ecu? There might be a fault stored, but other than helping with the fault codes I cant ideally assist. I just dont know enough about auto boxes.

All I can really suggest is a diag at a main dealers rather than muck about with a middle man
