As far as I'm aware there's no fuse specific for the temperature, IIRC it's just the passenger mirror housing sensor connected to the display board...

Is it possible to change the sensor in the wing mirror

The outside temp sensor hasn't got a plug on the 206, the official repair involves a soldering iron & heat shrink.

Given that it probably uses a temperature variable resistor, it's likely a good thing to keep any possibly corroding (and thus increasing resistance) connectors to a minimum (especially ones located outside the passenger compartment/boot)

I might give the connectors behind the wing mirror a clean up see if it makes any difference
