On my 206 I have 4x100 and my partners punto is 4x98 could I get the wheels to fit?

Use wobbly bolts with correct specs and youll be fine. Also depends on cb and offset.

yeah 2 mm is nothing use a wobble nut/bolt and ull be fine.
