Rear fog is not working, I've changed the bulb, changed the fuse but it's still not working and my front right high beam is the same. Does anybody have any ideas?

Looking at the diagram I've got the indicator light for the rear fog is on the same fuse as the rear fog light itself (simply in parallel) - does the indicator in the dash come on? Do you get 12V at the fuse with the light activated?
If it does then it would indicate a wire issue between fuse and rear fog light.
If not then it'd point to the fuse block or 'upstream' of it, for instance the stalk.
The front fogs looks to be controlled via a relay in the engine fusebox with one fuse for each light/side, downstream the relay - have you got 12V on both fuses as you activate the front fogs? As long as one of the lights work it should be no issue with the stalk or relay...
The dash indicator appears to be in parallel with the right hand light - does the indicator come on?
Judging by the diagram I'd believe it's likely two independent faults.
