ok so I have seen a lot of advise on the calliper conversion but non of it is actually clear , I have 406 brembos and I want to fit them on my 180 can someone help im no expert mechanic but I know the basics and more . basicly I want to feel the difference and get the most out of them cheers

You will need different brake lines with a banjo fitting on for the calipers but other than that they will bolt straight on with your 180 discs

yeah I read that but I also read that u have to use the 307 hdi disks ? and what about pads do use the ones in the brembos there kind of new aswell ? and the clearance between the alloy witch is standard 17s on the 180 will be fine , thanks for the input mate im going to order the brake lines now what make is recommended on those ?

You just run the 406 brembo pads. i know you can run alot of discs with these, i usually run xantia v6 discs 288mm but gti180 discs are fine. not sure about the 307hdi discs tho?
As for clearance on gti180 wheels i am not , i run 15" pro race 1.2s with no clearance issues

read the faq i did
the bolt on with 180 discs fine you may need spacers
