No. Needs to be set when you tighten it up. Just done mine.

Are you doing yours? Do you know how and where to set the notch? I used a Torgue wrench to whatever the Haynes says.

There is a bloody pointer on the tensioner. Set it between the two marks and tighten.the nut tight, approx 30nm

Guaranteed fail then. Hope all goes well...

If anyone else wants to do it properly, its not hard but you need to know what your doing with regards to timing holes and tension. Hardest bit is the tight space!

Only reason am game for doing it because did my first cam belt weekend just gone on punto.

I have the lock tools for timing holes

Not doing it just yet a takes pictures when a do it.
