Well from what I saw in the pics taken, you have a short in the positive in the wire number 8272,it's a wire between the BSI,and the ignition switch.so you need to make sure it's fixed.

***UpDate***
Thank you Timon2210 for your advice regarding wire 8272, i did look at the said wire from the key barrel to the fuse box although it was not fully connected to the fuse board it is now, but still cant start the car,
I Tell you what happened then maybe you can help me diagnose this,
I Was in wales visiting my mum whilst i was there the alternator decided to give up charging which left me with a solid battery light, there was nothing i can do to fix this down there as i had to come back to Kent, so i went to halfords to get a battery charger and fully charged up, i took out the display bulbs and not used the radio windows ect to drain the battery, i only used the brakes 3 time in total, i got on the the M25 about 10 mils on there my abs light come on then the air bag, battery about to die, so went on to the hard shoulder as i did the engine management light come on and the card died battery was completely dead, The AA was fast to come and rescue me 10 mins waiting what a shock, when he arrived told him the score and the plan was that he will put another battery in and he was going to follow me home, BUT when we tried to do this the car would not start, it was turning but not firing up, so he took me an the car back home, fully charged the battery again still not running and got this solid engine management light on, when i put the key on to start im not hearing the petrol pump coming on, so i directly wired up the pump to the battery and the pump works, so tried to start the car while the petrol pump connected direct to the battery and still did not start,
so i am thinking if it to do with this 8220 module, if so where is it? can someone out there please help me to get this engine management light to go off? there is no point in me replacing the alternator if i cant get the car to work...
again guys any help with this would be Grate....
Kind Regards
Dom.....

Well after reading the whole story,I would recommend you doing this, change the alternator ,and get a new battery, and check all the fuses in engine bay,and inside, and make sure to make a safe reboot when you connect the new battery.
Using the car without having a fully working alternator is risky,as the Peugeot cars are sensitive when it comes to low voltage, and also high voltage,as sometimes alternator will charge more than needed.
If this didn't make your car work,we will see what you gonna do.
