Hi I have got a problem with my bsi so I have been offered a matching bsi and ecu inc key but it has got 94000 miles on it but my car has only got 64000 will it change my mileage on my car? Any info will be great Thanks Ste

No if pre-plexed

Make sure you also get the VIN or the security code from the donor vehicle as it makes life easier in the future.

Definately not.

Different map so even if it seems to work it will not be right to say the least.

Also you might have to change some parameters on the 2nd hand ECU to match the specifics of your vehicle (eg. a/c, alternator, gearbox type etc).
