Hey there,
I've recently bought a Peugeot 206 1.1 LX (2001) and I've noticed that reverse lights aren't working. I've checked the bulbs but they seem fine so I'm guessing it's a fuse. I've opened the fuse box (engine compartment) and I've noticed that a few fuses are missing (compared to the pictures I've found on the internet) and I don't have a users manual to check which fuse is which.
If it's any help that's what's on the lid
P.S. The clock display is also not working (the bulb has been changed), could that be a missing fuse as well?

2001, Is the car pre-plexed or multi-plexed?
You'll find how to determine the electrical system and links to the fuse lists here

The car is pre-plexed.
So I'm assuming its the red (10AMP) fuse at the bottom right (see pic) 32.

It will be the reverse light switch. Not a fuse

Have you checked that there is power getting to the bulbs? Could be a faulty reverse switch on the gearbox.
I know it's a 10 amp, but couldn't tell you which slot fuse 32 is in.

Turn's out the cable is not even plugged into the switch, but the pins do not match (as in they're horizontal on peugeot 206 switch and vertical on the cable) or am I trying to connect a wrong cable?

My reversing lights don't always work either. It's a switch problem because if I fiddle about with it they will work for a while (maybe a day) then stop again.
