Hello,

I've recently changed a few suspension components, had new front tyres and tracking done. About 4 months on, the car is pulling fairly hard to the left, the inside of the drivers side tyre is down to the wire and the outside of the passengers side isn't far off. Also the bush in the drivers side lower suspension arm has completely gone in this time, that was one of the parts I replaced.

I had my tracking redone yesterday at a different place but nothing has changed. They said the bottom bush being so worn is probably the issue but I was a little unsure as to why that would cause wear on both sides of the car.

Any ideas?

Thanks Smile

First, if there is significant wear in a component you have wasted your money havuing tracking done and the garage should have advised of that and recommended that it was not adjusted until components are replaced or repaired.

If you have worn bushes fix that first.

You are right that wear on the inside edge of one tyre and outside edge of the other is a strange wear pattern but damaged components or worn components could have caused that so get those fixed. Do you have worn trailing arm bushes or damaged rear axle; does anyone know if rear steer from that would cause this type of wear on the front - I suspect it could but not 100% certain.
