Hey guys I've got a new 206 Smile

The problem I've got is mainly when I turn into Islands at speed my battery light and oil light flicker on sometimes when just sitting still aswel

Any ideas guys?

Are you revs dropping at the same time? Might be worth checking the battery connections. One of the common things to go is the earth lead where it connects to the gearbox.

Nice one guys thanks for the rapid response, will be having a look tomorrow at work as I've got to do all round brakes, I've seemed to cook the front discs,
Has any of you done the brembo 4 pot conversion from the 406 v6 as I've got the calipers knocking around and might do the upgrade next time they need doing, also any hints and tips about the car and improvements would be much appreciated Smile

I'd check the oil level just in case.

if the oil lights flash in a constant rate, then you got to check 2 things:

1-Oil filter
2- Oil Sump,as it might have be hit somewhere, which cause the oil pump to have poor sucking.
