This was already happening on the car when i brought it. Seems to have been happening over a fair amount amount of time. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be getting any worse. Anyone got any idea on how I can fix this on the cheap or a d.i.y job? It's not to much of a problem to be honest I'm getting myself a 206 180 next beginning of next year so that's more than likely going to be the project car. So would prefer not to spend masses amount of money either way.

You could get the roof wrapped in black if you don't want to paint it. Not sure if it is a DIY job but I'm sure someone else will chime in too

Wrapping it would just bring attention to the fact you are hiding something. Plus, when you take the wrap off the rest of the lacquer will come with it.
If you are planning on selling it, I would get it painted. If you are weighing it in I wouldn't bother.

DIY won't be to much of a difficult job and is cheaper the wrapping or getting it sprayed professionally.
If you choose to DIY then it's all in the prep of each stage, do a little research, it's not as hard as you think.
