The plastic "holder" ( really don't know any other way to explain it ) does not shake , but the mirror it self starts vibrating after hitting even the slightest bump. I know this is very little information but I would still like to know if this is something I could fix on my own , if so do I need any specialized equipment or will a screw driver and an hour work do the job ?

if you hold the mirror with you hands,and move it like you wanna fold it,is't easy to do,or kinda hard,as if it's easy to do,and playing up and down,then it's time for a new mirror.
