I'd love to replace this half frame I got bent, but it looks like it will take a fair deal of welding and unwelding, am I correct?
It looks pretty wedged in for me, what do you reckon how long and how much such job would take for a welder?

They offer a fixing kit??

Cheers!

ok, writing this from Robins and Day as we speak
fixing kit is just #15 screwbox, otherwise that frame needs to be spot welded, (first having the first one cut carefully out with grinder where spots are)

Spot weld drill & a steady hand to remove the old panel.

Advice from a Volvo friend: to avoid welding altogether -- drill out spot welds completely, and put rivnuts in.

You would need the special tool for rivnuts.
There is another way without the tool buts its hard work.
Luckily I have the tool as its needed for my job.
