So what made your low speed fan come on? What did you fix? I'm curious as per this thread I'm driving around without any fan at all (nor A/C), so can't help with A/C, sorry

I had corrosion in both relay boxes. Stupidly, when first looking for the problem and not fully understanding how the fan works, we found one wire that had turned to dust, fixed it and put everything back together.

Thanks for your replies. Will have the A/C serviced tomorrow and hope for the best Smile

where were the wires corroded? Do you have pictures? I want to know where exactly to check for corrosion?

Check them right at the end where they connect to the relay.
