Hi All,

Many have heard the rumours, and I've even been caught saying it myself, but it's time to bring back the 206Info crazy golf championships!

Billed as a bit of fun, mixed with a mini-meet and then the serious business of putter swinging - this is a nice and cheap (depending on where you are travelling from!) day out!

As has been the case with past tournaments, the tournament will be held in Star City, Birmingham

This event is open to anyone and not just us lot here at 206Info, so feel free to invite anyone you like. If there are enough attendees I will, as I have done in the past, fork out for some token prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the tournament!

This thread is just to gauge the dates people will be able to attend, the main thread for attendance can be found here.

Looking at my own diary (as the host) it would seem it's probably best if this was held in October. So, I have put down a choice of 5 weekends that are in October, and from there we'll then take the most popular two and decide on the final date of the four days!

So, please indicate your preference from the dates in this external poll, and don't forget to register your interest here

This sounds great Smile
I'm up for this. It's not to far for me and pretty central for most people.
Have you got any prices yet?

All the relevant information will go in the main thread, which I'll write soon.

Basically, it's £6.45 for 18 holes, but if we get enough people we will qualify for a group discount, and last time round that equated to £1.45 off for everyone, so £5 a round!.

Obviously, we need to know numbers early on for that to happen.

There's also a family ticket available if anyone wants to bring the family. Kids are very much welcome along too, so if you're in the family way (like me) you don't have to exclude them or get baby sitters, bring them along!

Depending on the final date that gets chosen, Mrs V. and I could be bringing ours along!

Updated the original thread to use an external polling tool allow multiple date selection.

Thanks Sim for pointing that out!

Okay, time to start locking down some dates.

Please vote for which of the 4 days on the attached poll - you would like to see the tournament run! Highest vote, wins!

Date poll will close, and final decision will be made, on Monday 28th at 9am!
