Hi all I have a 206 1.4hdi no abs 52 plate and have a strange problem with the trip counter and was wondering if anyone may have an answer. If I press and hold the right hand button on the dash clocks I reset the counter to zero but after about 40 miles it changes to the last 3 digits of my cars total mileage with the point and tenth of a mile eg 587.4 as i am new to a 206 am I setting the counter correctly or is it a malfunction that can be repaired. On another problem is there a way to set the electric windows to rise lower automatic when holding button for 2secs as my drivers side will do it but the passenger one stops when you take your finger off the button. On my previous car a zafira it was set by holding the switch while the ignition was in acc position but I tried this and didn't work.
Thanks in advance
Chris

Known BSI software bug.

Live with the fault or take it to a Peugeot main dealer & pay for a BSI software update.

Passenger window needs additional hardware fitting to make it one shot, ive done it with total closure, its not that easy.

The one shot window components are inside the window switch.

If equipped with a one shot window, a 206 has only ever had one fitted & its only on the drivers window.
