So my little HDI has had a few hundred in parts repairing the front end running gear ready for its MOT. When getting it tracked they pointed out the offside rear camber was so extreme that the wheel was rubbing.
So it looks like the radius arm bearing is going again. This is the third axle I have had. I'm pretty sure I know the answer already but would it go through the MOT with a space saver on? I hope the bearing isn't to far gone that it will pass. Unfortunately with what I have already spent on it, I cant afford or have any more time to do anything with it. I rely on my car heavily so cant be without it.

No. Space saver is a fail now. Incorrect wheel size/tyre width which doesn't match other on same axle.
Wonder what they would do if you had TWO space savers on rear??? They ought to pass it!
One MOT guy wrote an advisory for me as I had one alloy and one steel on rear of Clio once. Steel was same diameter and width as alloy and tyres exactly the same down to make, type, size, etc.

3 rear axles, what are you doing to them to wreck them?

Are you fitting a service / exchange unit OR are you just throwing bearing on the original shagged out unit?
In nearly 20 years of Peugeot ownership over several different models ive never had to replace or repair a rear beam.
