Does anyone know where I am get the white tube that fits on the stock gearstick where the stock gear nob goes over to keep it from spinning. Has two groves on each side. Need it to put on my stock gear lever as I had to smash it up to rebuild onto a quick shifter.

Doubt even Peugeot has that one as a separate part, but check with your dealer anyways - I might be wrong.

It CAN come off in a reusable form by repeatedly scoring it (lenghtwise) with a utility knife until you get down to the metal. Once cut through the tension is released and it can then be pulled off the metal shaft. I did this in order to shorten the lever in my RC.
I then used 2-component epoxy glue to put it back on the cut down shaft. Still there 12 years later.
So maybe a trip to the scrapyard for a donor?

Another option (untested Exclamation ) might be to use polymorph plastic (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tflFFacoMa8) by partially filling the hole in the knob with nice hot polymorph and then pressing it down on the shaft.
Wasn't aware of polymorph at the time I did my gearstick Smile
That one might not come off without heating the shaft, softening the polymorph closest to the metal, if there ever is a next time Exclamation
