Stop making me laugh at work!
I keep getting funny looks.
No unfortunatly I won't be wearing it, its far too hot and I need to have a good amount of alcohol in me first
Car will hopefully have new parts fitted this week as it's creaking at the moment.

Fitted the new driveshaft, droplinks & ARB bushes, the car handles great again
Replacing the driveshaft was a lot easier than expected, however the wishbone was stubborn as.... well in the end we took the wish bone off too!
Work started at 3pm, finished at 7:30
The time flew, but it wasn't fun though
Got the machine polisher earlier today so I'll have a go at that tuesday.
Also cleaned the inside in prep for FCS.

Today was a VERY busy day
It started yesterday evening, the rain let out so I decided to wash the car while I could in preparation for the machine polisher.
Autofoam snow foam & 2 bucket & wash mit hand washed.
Then took into the garage to dry with microfibre towels.
This morning at 10 I clayed the bonnet & bumper, doors and wings were done last week.
Then I got to work, used a Meguiars dual action machine polisher, Menzerna intensive cutting & final finish polish & Sonus polishing & finishing pads.
The results were amazing
Before:
The paintwork was looking a bit dull, blotchy and had a lot of swirls.
50/50 I went over the lot again, this was my test patch.
Unfortunatly it rained this morning
Still you can see that the paintwork looks a lot better.
Then once the entire car was polished I snow foamed and rewashed with the 2 bucket method, then towel dried.
Next up was the wax, used Nattys blue paste wax, it smells great & is nice to work with & left a great finish.
Then buffed with microfibre cloths.
Then came the task of cleaning the wheels, the drivers one was particualary bad with a large build up of CV joint grease.
Products used were Bilberry wheel cleaner, Turtle-wax alloy wheel clean, Turtle-Wax 'Nano-tech' wax for wheels & Autoglym instant tyre dressing.
I took off all the wheels to clean them, repainted the calipers, cleaned the pads & discs & cleaned out the mudflaps.
Oh and I also tried smooth peanut butter on parts where I had got wax on the black plastic bump strips. It works great! Only a little is needed and the results are better than the stuff I bought in a bottle.
Total time spent - 12 hours
Anyway thats all for now, time to get some sleep.
Edit: Pics added, sorry for quality, were taken with my phone.
Will borrow my work camera tonight.
