now that i have the GTI!! i was wonderin when the next meet will be takin place?  on the last forum i think some of folks near me met at the halfords car park in livingston?

I know Mitch, who did a few, sorta gave up for various reasons. No harm in trying one yourself.

everytime a meet is organised, no one shows interest. or they do to start with, then by the time of the meet, no one comes.
the site summer meet will be my last one. especially with the whipper snapper on the way.

Yup, nobody is going to show up though if people keep banging on about how one or two have been bad in the past every time one of these threads crop up. You can't just give up after a few tries this year. The key is to hold them regularly at the same spot then once there's enough constant members you can start moving it about instead of it being different all the time.
Anyone can have a go...

brians right,
lets have a little brain storm. find out where everyone is from, try to get the centre point (or find somewhere that everyone would go every month). wether its for something to eat, something to do.
so if someone would like to try and organise one. by all means, go for it.

the only meet i do that for is the summer meets. but there's hardly any interest in this one. i can see it being the group thats already booked and paid  lol.
