Whilst I agree with you about the childish comments, its your comments in bold that grates me, as well as him by the sounds of it. He can do what he wants to the car for it to be called complete, you don't decide when he can say his car is complete.

Everyone has opinions on each others cars, but don't act like the Euro police and tell him whether or not his car is completed in the Euro look. People have a budget.

PS. By the way, love your car so in no way is this an attack on your car, just your comments. I've wanted to ask for a while, have you got a different engine in their yet?

At the end of the day everyone has their own opinions and to me until he has finished the things he has said he has still to do, then to me its not complete. It’s like me just putting on my Virtuel front bumper and spoiler without the rest of the Virtuel bodykit then saying ‘it’s complete’!

The whole point of my original comment was to point out that if he wanted a really decent looking Euro 206 then maybe he should smooth over the exhaust, do something different with the number plate and get the bumper modified to meet the stretched arches, I really cant see how that can cause offense to someone??

How much did you pay for your kit fully fitted and sprayed ?

Prices vary, as i had some small modifications done to the kit so that put the price up abit, but iirc i paid about £1,200 for the full kit and your looking at maybe another £1,000 for it sprayed and fitted.

Not starting a war but I agree with you, IF you wanted to go Euro and spent all the time doing the work on it and then going tin the bodyshop like you said surely you would have had the exhaust cut out smoothed?

End of the day it's someones opinion.

Anyway

Seen your car at FCS. running problems around 3pm?

IMO...

euro cars are slammed, smooth (no bump strips or anything), wide deep dish rims with stretched tyres lol.

this is quite cool...

Yeah as long as they are sanded down properly and primed properly then the paint will stick no problem atall

And i'm 100% with you H.I.Ds FTW, would never drive a car without them.
