all you need is plenty of time and sand paper lol.

it seems i should have lacquered them in under 2 hours after painting, leaving it any longer than that will stop the lacquer sticking. so i need to re-paint and also lacquer will not stick to the polished part so for this i have bought some adhesion promoter
