Decided to Colour Code my side strips. I want to do my front and back bump strips eventually but there is a few other bumps and scuffs I'm going to sort first.

Yer got all the sand paper, paint, primer and lacquer from halfords. It wasn't too difficult really just had to be really patient (something I'm not too good at.).

Cheers and yer my wheels do stick out. They weren't my choice of alloys I just got offered them for £25 with 2 very good tyres and 2 average tyres and as I needed 2 tyres for my steelies I couldn't say no. They came off a 306 so I thought they would be a nice fit. I'm not sure on the legality of it but it passed it's MOT and it causes no problems with rubbing.

Yer, I did it over 3 days and still needed to use the car for work so it made more sense to remove them.

I thought a Diagram might be a bit better for me to try and explain it.

(This Picture really shows how ruined my front door and rear arch is Sad )

1. It's a part of the side strip that clips in to the door to the right so needs to be pulled towards the back off the car to unclip. I didn't know this was here and snapped it off so had to get the super glue out.

2. This is a mushroom clip(not sure if that's what they're called) that clips into the side strip to the left so also needs to be pulled towards the back to come out. I snapped this as well so had to use one of my new clips.

3. All of these mushroom clips go into the side strip to the right so the strip needs to be pushed forward to get these out.

That really confused me as they needs to be pushed both ways to come out Confused maybe someone else knows a better way of getting off.

4. This bit needs to be pushed towards the back to come out. I broke this as well and had to use a new clip.

5. These need to be pushed towards the front to get them off.

This is only what I can remember so may not be perfect.

To put the strips back on I got all the clips out and then put them on the strip then all you have to do is push it back on.

Hope this helps.
