finaly found out what happened

while pulling the con rods from my old engine i finaly got to see what happened when the timin belt got messed up by the aux belt. looks like only the rockers copped it.

Drove through a ford with the water up to the bottom of my windscreen. Made it out but i compressed a little bit of water which bent a rod. It was fine for about a week but it snapped after. Managed to drive about a mile after it had blown too but my girlfriend ordered me to stop because she thought the car was going to set on fire.
