You wouldn't pay more than 30 with fogs imo, you could rattle can it but mines eyc and to be honest the paint from a can in halfords is a different shade, loads of parts on my car look slightly odd because of it.

I used rattle cans on my upper grille on my car when I had a falling out with a wall, mines china blue, it was alright but I used a few too many layers of lacquer on my first go so it was the wrong shade but I tried again and it's a near perfect match, hm.

30 quid is a good price, woo Smile

if you take your existing bumper off you'll find a template to cut the holes out for front fogs.

i don't think you'd get a good finish with cans on a panel that size, by the time you factor all costs in it won't be much more getting it done professionally.

is your car pre-plexed or multiplexed?
either way you can run fogs off a spotlamp wiring kit into a switch in the cabin.

pre-plexed there is a whole retrofit kit available from pug, sometimes on ebay for ~£20.
multiplexed can be retrofitted too but check this thread for more info www.206info.co.uk/Foru...19044.html

Yeah you can do it with rattle cans but its hardly gonna be a good finish compared to a proper job, just my opinion tho i wouldn't do it on my car Laughing

yeh, i think the retrofit fogs are slightly different (to compensate for bad cuts).
normal fogs don't have them.

if you're going through this hassle then get yourself a sports bumper as it looks much nicer.

you won't get much for your current bumper though, so may as well try cutting it yourself first, won't look as bad as a paint can job Wink

no, you can keep your wings with a sports bumper. it's the arch liners (wheel bay mud guards) you should technically change but your old ones can be adapted to fit.

if you have plugs then yeh that's all you need and it's a proper job.
