Just fitted me new half leather seats. THe centre belt which is the only one that comes inside the seat does not pull out. The airbags went off in the front seats so the pre-tentioners had fired. does the rear seat have one? could this be the problem?

Which seat belt are you talking about...AFAIK there should be 3 in the back...1 left, 1 right and one in the middle...The one in the middle is of the type one wears around the waist / hips and is not pre-tensioned...At least...that's the case in my 206...

Cool

...You don't like my opinion? Wait until you hear the ones I keep to myself... Razz

The middle one is the only one that actually comes inside the seat the others are bolted to the car. its not a single waist belt it comes over your chest and waist like all the other belts.

iirc some cars have a little switch on were the seat belt is held (wrapped up) to release if they get jammed or go too far in.

My old interior's one is jammed too so I'll be keeping an eye on this thread (so it can be unjammed when I put the old interior back in)

Might need replacing. Mine had this problem when brand new. Couldn't be unjammed, needed a new one.

You have to take the seat apart Wink

If you go 2nd hand get one from NON crash damaged car & make sure you get the matching buckle part for the belt to.
