You need a genuine Bougicord / Electrofil coil pack.

Fit a set of Bosch Super Plus spark plugs at the same time.

Yea mate I'had an electrofil fitted with bosch plugs because was told it was the ngk plugs that broke the last one....but this one only lasted 3000 miles.....died when the snow melted!

It should last longer then 3000 miles.

Has it had the coil pack connector plug mod done?

Peugeot / Citroen part number 6555 K9 Suppressor

Connect one end of that suppressor to pin 4 on the connector plug & the other end to earth.

Its a mod Peugeot / Citroen carried out.

Connector plug on top of the coil pack, follow the wiring back & see if you can spot anything that's been added on to pin 4.
