Picked the car up today from the garage. £188 for a new steering rack - needs must.
Feels like a new car, so easy to turn and the crack and leek must of been there for a while and the cold weather has made it worse.
Truely in love with the car, 2011 will be a good year.

Yeah, I honestly coulnd't do anything if it was slightly complicated. I still have neons sitting in my cupboard cause the wiring scares me.
There are a lot of how to's on here, and as I have said, I knew nothing before I joined here, so ask away and there will be help. Promise.

I haven't checked all the previous posts, but I just noticed you haven't cut the verticals off the splitter, so it doesn't look right, you should refit it after sawing off the verticals, will look loads better

What verticals?
The bits in the centre? I bought this from a guy who had it on his own Pug so I assumed it was made to fit and any problems were from my car.

It's a SEAT Cupra R Splitter, if you saw off the 2 parts in the middle it will look loads better

No I looked in my yellow pages for paint suppliers, phoned about to see which ones done rattle cans, then picked the cheapest! And as far as I am aware they have to be exact match so no worries.
Where as I heard on here Halfords is sometimes a bit off.

As I said, try a yellow pages. Or failing that, speak to a body shop and ask who they recomend.
