Can anyone help ??
When i bought my 206 van about ayear and a half ago ,
i only got one key with it ,
I have contacted peugeot to get a spare but been quoted over a hundred quid for a spare !!!
It is just a normal key (as in doesnt have central locking or buttons on it )
I know there is some kind of microchip in it !!
Does anyone know of anywhere i can get one cheaper than that
Regards

your cheaper to actually pay up the 100 now to get a copy.
id also get a blade only one from a normal key cutter so u can at least get into your car,
because once you loose your last set of keys you will then have to change all locks, ecu , new keys , program new keys which will cost even more

you wouldnt have to replace all that, at all. You just find out your PIN for the immobilser , and the key blade number, and just get another one cut.

A normal transponder key cut to the car is around £20 from Peugeot.
It's the coding it to the immobiliser that cost's

Just requested it now, I'll let you know when I get a reply.
A auto locksmith/key cutter should be able to do it.
