PLEASE HELP!! its doing my head in!! it almost sounds like my rear tyres are flat, occasionally creaks aswell. just seems like there's no rear suspension at all

sounds like your back axles dead :S could be wrong but it needs checking jack up the back and see if there's any play another indicator is if the back tyres are worn noticiably on the inner edge
