Well mine comes up with this from Peugeot saying it's an XS light and mine is a SPORT version!

To be honest i think your somewhere close to the mark here... my money is on it was made in the uk with the intention of being sent to another country that has XT's but the order was canceled, or as Chris said from ireland.
Im pretty sure someone signed up to here the other day from abroad somewhere with an XT but i cant remember his name!

EDIT: LOL his name is funnily enough 206Xt hes from Costa Rica, might be interesting to compare features and spec...

I have one here in Australia too.(2005-206XT)

Being Australian spec: Different side impact bars inside the doors. No passenger airbag disarm key switch.
