Firstly wasn't sure whether to put this here or in detailing so can be moved if need be, During the bad weather I got a garage to change my alternator belt on my car because I didn't have the time to do it myself or could be asked in 2 foot of snow, When I took the car in it was filthy and when I got it back it was still the same, No problem there but last week I had to stick it though a car wash quickly due to grass cutting's all over it. Then after it had been cleaned I noticed oxidised fingerprints all over the bonnet, Passenger door and just under the boot handle. I went back to the garage to complain and found a big eviction notice on the door. I have tried T-cut, Different waxes and all they do is mask it for a few hours before you can see it again. I have tried my best to include some picture's of some of the damage and any advice in how to rectify it without A total respray would be most welcome.
The bonnet you can see if you look closely.

I can't see anything on the bonnet, although there is a slight dirt mark under the number plate, as above, machine polish should get that out

Trying to clear up a bonnet picture for a better view, Tbh I personally think it's a respray as the fingerprints are inbedded in the paint, Gonna try a machine polish on the rest of the car as it's not as bad as the front. It look's fine when it's wet but as soon as the sun come's out it look's terrible, Absolutely gutted about it, Looks like the money I was saving for new alloy's will have to be reallocated.

Peugeot's paint is crap. I've got loads of permanent fingerprints on my back doors. Fortunately the dirt mostly hides them.
