just a thought, but if you already know how dangerous this stretch of road/corner is, why do you still use it?
find an alternative route in the winter perhaps, a alternative journey may be further/longer but at least you will still have a car at the end of it

thats what I had been doing after my first crash, my mum dident know its a bad corner and i only spoke to the farmer after she crashed

there's always water running across the road, not the farmers responsibility apparently, but the counclils, i sent a pic of my car my mates and the farmer gave me 100 more from the past 7 years to complain to the council with lol

2002 1.4 LX? Front End damage only? I don't suppose you've got ABS have you? Need a new rear axle, though you might be too far away
